The hotel was in a convenient location and offered a shuttle service which made it easy to get around. The breakfast and dinner buffets had a good variety of dishes and the view from the restaurant was nice. the onsen was enjoyable and had both indoor and outdoor hot springs.
The hotel seemed very old and outdated with outdated decor and furnishings. The rooms were not clean, with outdated furniture and a musty smell.

Rooms were spacious and clean, and had both beds and tatami. Buffet for dinner and breakfast had lots of variety. the outdoor pool and rotenburo were enjoyed.
The hotel was quite outdated and felt like a maze to navigate. Limited selection of restaurants, particularly catering for lunch.

Located by the lake, this hotel offers many amenities for families, including an onsen, game area, bowling. the rooms are spacious and clean with good facilities, and some offer a great view of the lake. Buffet meals have a decent variety and friendly staff offers helpful service. A Nepalese chef makes a tasty curry, while the selection of beverages is large.
The hotel complex is huge and takes a while to navigate through, especially with luggage.
